Daylight Savings Time - November 4th, 2023

While Daylight Savings Time is not observed by all countries, or even within countries that do, there can be variations in when it's applied. For example, Arizona and Hawaii in the United States & the overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and The United States Virgin Islands skip the DST shenanigans altogether.
