Terms and Conditions


Amano ships within the USA and to Canada by UPS Ground.  We can also ship UPS-Red, UPS-Blue and UPS 3-day.  FedEx may also be used at ACI's discretion.  Restrictions exists for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.  All finished goods will ship from the Ohio distribution center facility.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers for each order placed is available in your registered account.  You can click on "My Account" at the bottom of each page .  After you login, you will be able to access your order status including the tracking number.

How orders are processed and shipped

All in-stock items ordered on-line by 12:00 noon (Eastern), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed the same business day.  Orders received after 12:00 noon on business days and orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.  Orders placed on-line can only be shipped within the United States (contiguous 48 states).  If you require delivery to another location, please contact a local dealer or call Amano at 800-367-6649 for more information.  We will make every effort to confirm actual shipping with you via e-mail.  However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery for any reason, including the confirmation e-mail(s).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based upon selected service within the Continental United States only.  We do not ship to Puerto Rico and Mexico.  Shipping options are also available for Alaska and Hawaii with some restrictions.

Shipping Claims

All units packed carefully , correctly and undergo a detailed inspection before they leave our facility.  Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier.  Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection.  Claims for missing units or damaged shipments must be made within two working days of receipt of order.


To return an Amano time clock or terminal, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) by contacting Amano within 30 days of product purchase.  You may be required to furnish proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy.  Software and special-order products are not eligible for return.  Returned items must be complete with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc.  If possible, please use the original box for shipping.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products. 


Amano Cincinnati, Inc. warrants this equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from an authorized distributor.  Please download the warranty statement.
